No. Once an eSIM is installed on a device, it cannot be transferred or reused on a different phone.

Dialing the *#06# code is a simple, universal method to check if your phone supports eSIM. When you dial this code, it will show your device’s EID number. If the EID is displayed, your phone is eSIM compatible. Or check your device from this link

If you receive the message “eSIM cannot be added” while installing your eSIM, it could be due to network conditions or because the installation was already successful on your device. This is common with iOS devices using manual or QR code installation.

Go to Settings → Tap on Connections → Select SIM Manager → Then on Add eSIM → Scan QR Code → Add → Your mobile plan will be automatically downloaded.

Go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > Add eSIM, then choose Use QR Code and scan the QR code you received via email. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish the setup. After installation, make sure the eSIM is set as your data line and that data roaming is enabled.

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs, then tap Add more or + Add eSIM. Select Use a QR code, and scan the QR code you received via email. Follow the prompts to complete the installation. After setup, make sure the eSIM is selected as your preferred data SIM, and enable data roaming if you're traveling.

No. You can use both at the same time. Just make sure to set the eSIM as the data line in your phone’s mobile settings.

Our eSIMs are prepaid and not rechargeable. To continue using data, you will need to purchase a new eSIM plan.

Refund requests can only be processed under one specific condition : if the eSIM service fails to be activated. If activation issues occur, please reach out to our support team to request a refund.

You must activate your eSIM within 30 days of purchase. If you don’t, the eSIM will automatically activate on its own after 30 days, and the validity period will begin from that date.

Setting up your eSIM is quick; it usually takes 3 to 5 minutes! You can install your eSIM before you travel, but remember to activate it once you reach your destination. For the best results, connect to a strong Wi-Fi network and avoid public ones like those in airports or parks.
